The product must be unused and in original condition, with all packaging intact.

UV Painting Stickers: These items must remain in their original, sealed packaging.

God Statues: These should not be damaged, scratched, or used. Ensure the statue is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
2. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Products marked as “final sale” or customized are not eligible for refunds.

Note:
To ensure smooth resolution of any issues related to your order, we kindly request that you record a video while unboxing the parcel at the time of delivery. This video will be required to process any request for return or replacement of the product.
The unboxing video also enables us to file a claim with the courier service, if necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund request if the terms and conditions are not met.
